Angela Jacobs, FNP

Angela Jacobs is a family nurse practitioner who builds meaningful relationships with each patient, taking time to truly listen and ensure they feel seen and supported. With a functional-medicine focus, she treats the root causes of health challenges rather than simply managing symptoms. Her approach centers on three foundational pillars of health—endocrine function, gut health, and muscular vitality—working together to restore wellness and prevent disease. Whether you’re navigating a complex health condition, pursuing peak athletic performance, or seeking to optimize your wellness and longevity, Angela is dedicated to helping you thrive through personalized, evidence-based care.

Angela attended Brigham Young University for her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees. She specialized in pediatric neurotrauma and worked at Primary Children’s Hospital before transitioning to providing care as a nurse practitioner.

In addition to traditional nurse practitioner training, Angela completed a personalized medicine certification through the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. In her coursework, she was mentored by precision-medicine leaders in hormone therapy, gut health, autoimmune and dermatologic disorders, mental health, cardiology, and neurological disease.

Angela had a charming childhood growing up as the fourth of ten children in Spokane, Washington. Her mom was (and still is) a naturopathic physician. Influenced by her mom’s expertise, Angela was raised learning and living “root-cause healthcare.” The lessons she adopted at a young age directly impact how she cares for her patients today.

As an adult, Angela lived in nine states allowing her to meet and love many friends from various walks of life. She draws upon these experiences to relate to each unique individual and their varying perspectives.

Her greatest accomplishment has been raising five awesome kids. In 2019, Angela married the love of her life, Rob, and settled in Draper, Utah. Her family now includes five children, four step-children, eight in-law children, and three perfect grandchildren.

In her spare time, you can find Angela making and eating healthy food, participating in CrossFit, quilting, traveling to visit her kids, and reading with her grandkids.
