Andrew Nickerl is the Health Coach at Red Compass Health. He is a husband, father, and US Marine veteran. Together with his wife of nearly a decade, he has embraced a journey of health and fitness, setting an example for their five-year-old daughter, who loves tracking her steps and asks constantly when she’ll be old enough to start lifting weights. Andrew is dedicated to helping patients achieve their weight loss goals while preserving muscle mass and enhancing overall wellness. He focuses on educating patients about the importance of a protein-rich diet and designing resistance training regimens tailored to each individual’s background, capabilities, and goals.
